Shipping Policy

SHIPPING & DELIVERY INFORMATION

We aim to process and dispatch all orders within 5–7 business days. Please allow an additional 2–3 business days during peak periods such as holidays.

Once your order is shipped, you’ll receive a tracking number via email. Kindly allow up to 24 hours for the tracking link to activate.

Please note:

  • We do not operate on weekends or public holidays.

  • Once an order is placed, no changes or cancellations can be made after 24 hours.

  • Dream After Dark is not responsible for lost packages or packages marked “delivered” by the courier.

If you believe you've selected the wrong item or colour, please notify us within 24 hours by emailing dreamafterdark@outlook.com.


AUSTRALIA SHIPPING

  • Free standard shipping on orders $50 AUD and over

  • Standard delivery: 3–7 business days once dispatched

  • Express delivery: 1–3 business days

Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on your delivery address and parcel weight.


INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING

  • Free standard international shipping on orders $75 AUD and over

  • Standard delivery: 10–15 business days

  • Express delivery: 6–13 business days

Shipping rates are calculated at checkout based on your destination and parcel weight. If your order has not arrived within the estimated timeframe, please contact us at dreamafterdark@outlook.com.


FAILED DELIVERIES / RETURNED / ABANDONED PACKAGES

If a package is undeliverable due to:

  • An incorrect shipping address or phone number, or

  • Failure to collect the package from your local post office

…it will be returned to Dream After Dark at the customer’s expense. This includes return shipping charges and any customs fees (for international orders).

If an international customer refuses delivery, the package will also be returned at the customer’s expense, and duties/taxes incurred will be deducted from any eligible refund.

Packages held in customs for over 30 days will be deemed abandoned. Customers who abandon packages forfeit any right to an exchange or refund.


DAMAGED OR OPENED BOXES

If your parcel arrives damaged or opened, please:

  1. Take clear photos of the damage before opening the package

  2. Submit a claim directly with the courier

  3. Email dreamafterdark@outlook.com with photos and your order number

We will assist in investigating the issue with the shipping provider.
