RETURNS
We now offer Exchange and ShopNow, so you can swap a size or shop with your store credit instantly—no waiting necessary.
If you select Exchange or ShopNow:

You have 14 days to have your return scanned at the post office. It does not need to reach us within this window.

If the return isn’t scanned within 14 days, the full value of the Exchange or ShopNow item will be charged.

Handling fees apply for all returns, with additional fees for outbound shipping on Exchange or ShopNow orders.
RETURN POLICY
At Dream After Dark, we do not offer refunds for change of mind, incorrect sizing, or opened hygiene-related items. Eligible returns are issued as store credit in AUD.

Returns must be initiated within 30 days of delivery.

Shipping costs are non-refundable, and return postage is the customer's responsibility.

We do not issue credit notes or gift cards. If a refund is approved (e.g. for a faulty or incorrect item), it will be returned to your original method of payment.
ELIGIBILITY & CONDITION
Items must be:

Unworn, unwashed, and unused

In original packaging with all tags attached

Free of scents, marks, or damage

Hair accessories (hair ties and headbands) must be unopened due to hygiene reasons
Items returned without meeting these conditions will not be accepted.
FAULTY OR DAMAGED ITEMS
If you receive an incorrect or damaged item:

Email dreamafterdark@outlook.com within 24 hours of delivery

Include your order number, proof of purchase, and clear photos taken on the day the order was received
Approved items will be replaced or refunded. Return shipping costs may be deducted from the refund unless otherwise stated.

Once your return is received and inspected, you’ll be notified of approval or rejection. Approved refunds will be processed to your original payment method. Please note:
