All international orders (outside Australia) may be subject to:

These fees are determined by the receiving country and are payable by the customer upon delivery. We recommend contacting your local customs authority for more details before placing your order.
PREORDERS
Dream After Dark collects full payment at the time a preorder is placed.
- Once your order is confirmed:
- You’ll receive an order confirmation email
- Preorders cannot be canceled or modified
- We are unable to update shipping addresses, change shipping methods, or apply price adjustments once the order is placed
ORDER STATUS
You’ll receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking details once your order has left our Melbourne distribution center.

ROUTE SHIPPING INSURANCE
If you’ve purchased Route Protection, you can file a claim for lost, stolen, or damaged items directly through Route.
To report an issue:
- Open your email from Route
- Copy your Route Order ID
- Click "Resolve an Issue"
- Your order number and email address will auto-fill in the form
- Select the issue (lost, stolen, or damaged)
- Add a brief description
